Appointment Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Appointments can be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 24-hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
- If you, the cardholder, cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice per this policy; it is considered a “Late-Cancellation” and is subject to a fee of $50.
- If you, the cardholder, do not contact the business to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24-hours notice and/or No-Show for your appointment; you are subject to a fee of $50.
- Late appointment arrivals impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged a Late-Cancellation/No-Show fee of $50.
- As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
LATE POLICY
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Payments: Payments must be made in full at the time services are rendered. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards, and valid Gift Cards. We also accept Cherry patient financing for patients who wish to finance their purchases.
Refunds for Services: All sales of services are final. We do not offer refunds on services. However, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service or product at Venus Rising Med Spa. We provide professional services within our scope of practice, licensure, and expertise to ensure excellent outcomes; however, a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed with aesthetic treatments, therefore, once a treatment is completed no refund or credit will be issued if the treatment result does not meet your expectations.
Refunds for Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. In the event of an unexpected adverse reaction from a product, store credit is available only upon consultation with your provider.
Expiration: All prepaid purchases, including prepaid packages, expire 12 months after the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
